I’m Dr. Yvonne Kreger, a naturopathic physician with more than 25 years of experience helping women feel heard, understand their bodies, and find thoughtful solutions for complex health concerns. My clinical focus includes thyroid and autoimmune conditions, perimenopause and menopause, hormone balance, metabolic health, and osteoporosis and bone health.

I believe you deserve more than a quick answer or a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. My approach is warm, investigative, and collaborative. I look beyond individual symptoms to understand how the different pieces of your health fit together, while giving you the education and support you need to make informed decisions about your care.

I’m originally from Texas, and I grew up dancing and performing. That early love of dance inspired my lifelong appreciation for movement, strength, creativity, and the remarkable resilience of the human body. My personal practices in dance, yoga, meditation, and mind-body wellness continue to shape the compassionate, whole-person perspective I bring to my work.

Whether I’m providing individualized naturopathic medical care to patients in Oregon or supporting women through my Fabulous with Dr. Yvonne coaching programs, my purpose remains the same: to empower, educate, and elevate women so they can feel confident, vibrant, and fabulous in every season of life.
