Dr Yvonne’s Winter Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12-5 pm, messages and emails get checked twice daily by staff, Monday-Friday.
Please note: To better honor Dr. Yvonne’s time, if you have any medical questions or urgent matters that require the doctor’s attention, please schedule a Momentum Visit or a Strategy Visit with Dr. Yvonne online or call the office if there are no available appointments. Thank you for your understanding! If you are having a medical emergency, please do not call the office, call 911 and/or go to your nearest urgent care facility.
Insurance Updates: For medical services, Dr Yvonne is currently contracted with Moda and Regence . Others are out of network and if requested you can be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly if you have questions about your visit, imaging or lab coverage.
For any refills, please contact your pharmacy directly and them fax a Refill Request to our office. Our fax is 503-293-2023.

Schedule a One-To-One Educational Consultation with Dr. Yvonne:
Are you interested in understanding your DXA and/or REMS reports? Have you asked yourself, “Now what?” after having a REMS scan?
Our mission is to provide you with knowledge and peace of mind when it comes to your bone health.
We can provide you with education regarding your DXA and/or REMS reports and how the results fit into the big picture for your bone health.
There are many technical and medical resources regarding bone health available online. We can help translate the available information to plain English, so you understand the implications of different options and approaches.

Appointments are for educational purposes only. Medical advice will not be given. You will be prompted to acknowledge a consent form when you schedule your educational consultation appointment.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation receipt along with a Janeapp link for the meeting and instructions for sharing or sending your reports. We request that reports can e-mailed to hello@dryvonne.com, or mailed via USPS and they must be received 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please, if possible, obtain full DXA reports with IMAGES for a thorough review. DO NOT SEND LAB REPORTS.
