Dr Yvonne’s clinic hours are T/W/T 12-5 pm, messages and emails get checked twice daily.

Please note: Due to the recent high volume of patient care, if you have any questions or urgent matters, please schedule a Momentum Visit or a Strategy Visit with Dr. Yvonne online. If you are having a medical emergency, please do not call the office, call 911 and/or go to your nearest urgent care facility.

Insurance Update: As of October 8, 2025, Dr. Yvonne will no longer be a contracted provider with Providence Health Plans. You will be provided with a superbill to send for reimbursement at your visit. Please contact your insurance provider if you have questions about your coverage. Dr. Yvonne will still be in network for Moda and Regence.
