Dr Yvonne’s Winter Office Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12-5 pm, messages and emails get checked twice daily by staff, Monday-Friday.

Please note: To better honor Dr. Yvonne’s time, if you have any medical questions or urgent matters that require the doctor’s attention, please schedule a Momentum Visit or a Strategy Visit with Dr. Yvonne online or call the office if there are no available appointments. Thank you for your understanding! If you are having a medical emergency, please do not call the office, call 911 and/or go to your nearest urgent care facility.

Insurance Updates: For medical services, Dr Yvonne is currently contracted with Moda and Regence . Others are out of network and if requested you can be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider directly if you have questions about your visit, imaging or lab coverage.

For any refills, please contact your pharmacy directly and them fax a Refill Request to our office. Our fax is 503-293-2023.
