Insurance Update: As of October 8, 2025 Dr. Yvonne will no longer be a contracted provider with Providence Health Plans. You will be provided with a superbill to send for reimbursement at your visit. Please contact your insurance provider if you have questions about your coverage. Dr. Yvonne will still be in network for Moda and Regence.
